The PU-21 is a balanced mid-long range LMG that is best used when holding down positions. Its base damage is 26 per torso shot at up to 25m, which is 4 torso shots to kill on average. Take advantage of mounting the weapon on surfaces for better recoil control on rapid fire.

Increase horizontal and vertical recoil control with the Ported Compensator, Vertical Foregrip, and the Fire Mod Recoil Springs. Improve movement speed for strafing and hipfire with the Balanced Stock. LMGs typically have slower ADS speeds, so use the Quickdraw Grip to compensate.

Since you will be on the defensive most of the time, the Extended Mag I with a 100-round clip is recommended. Use an optic like the Accu-Spot Ultra Holo with 3x zoom, or lower with no drawbacks, for a better view of the enemy.

Some good equipment for this loadout are crowd control options such as the Molotov and Shock Charge. A Trophy System is good to have for holding a position with an LMG since it destroys incoming grenades, giving you less threats to worry about.
