Best Attachment Loadout

The SVD is a semi-auto sniper rifle and you will want to take advantage of that by using the Rapid Fire mod to shoot faster. While you can instantly kill someone with a headshot, the CHF Barrel ups your lower torso damage in case you fail to score a perfectly timed bullet to the head.

The Quickdraw Riser increases ADS speed to help you react quickly and the Heavy Stock reduces flinching to ensure that your aim will always be locked on your target even while you are getting shot.

Camping is a common playstyle for snipers such as the SVD so you will want the Ghost perk to remain hidden on enemy radar. The Trophy System should destroy incoming projectiles from the air, allowing you to stay longer at your hiding spot.

If you prefer to hunt your opponents down, the Recon Specialty lets you see enemies through walls for a short time after respawning, giving you a head start on who to pick off with your deadly sniper rifle. With the Overkill Wildcard, be sure to equip an SMG or Shotgun as backup in case you need to fight up close.

How to Unlock SVD

Unlocked by Default

The SVD is unlocked by default. You'll be able to equip it once you unlock Custom Loadouts after reaching account Level 4.
