The SVD is the best and fastest Sniper Rifle in its class. It performs best using a quickscope build and suffers no bolt-action waiting time like the LR 7.62 and LW3A1 Frostline.

For boosting ADS speed, equip the Quickdraw Riser and Fast Mag II.The weapon already has a consistent one-shot kill potential at close-range so you can drop the extra ammo. For better mobility in and out of ADS, equip both the Balanced Stock and Ranger Handguard.

For better recoil control on tap-firing with the SVD, equip the Ported Compensator and Recoil Springs. Add a Long Barrel to maximize damage range, then top it off with a Blandwell 7x Scope or any other scope that reduces ADS time.

The Impact Grenade is a good for needing to clear enemy groups fast and the Semtex for quick heals and tactical sprint refreshes. War Cry is the best for fast movement speed and health regen, not only for yourself, but also for your team.

Reach Account Level 25

The SVD is unlocked by reaching Account Level 25. Use Double XP Tokens or participate in Double XP Events to quickly level up your account to level 25.
