The attachment setup above for the Kilo 141 aims to improve its TTK so that you don't lose out to SMGs when fighting at close to mid-range. One of the easiest damage upgrades you can get will be the new Monolithic Suppressor since it's easily unlocked via the S3 Battle Pass.

Then, we offset the ADS speed penalty of the Monolithic Suppressor by giving the Kilo 141 a Commando Grip; the rest of the attachments serve to improve its Damage Range, Bullet Velocity, and Fire Rate.
