Shoot the Head of the Statue on the Floor

Broken Statue Location

Go to the Tombs area where the Death Perception machine can be found. To the south of the Death Perception machine, you'll find a wall of statues, as well as a statue on the ground. Shoot the head of the fallen statue to start the Simon Says easter egg.

Shoot the Statues in the Correct Order

Simon Says Statue Orders

The statues will light up one by one (nine times in total), showing you the pattern of the Simon Says. Once they stop lighting up, shoot the statues in order of how they lit up from first to last to complete the Easter Egg and get your reward, which is a Brain Rot Ammo Mod.
