Playing in a Zombies solo match will allow you to save it in Call of Duty Black Ops 6 (BO6) Zombies. Read on to learn how to save a Zombies run and see if it's possible to save in a squad match!
Playing in a Zombies match solo will allow you to save the match and continue it later. This will help you to leave the game without losing progress if you want to play on Multiplayer or Campaign or do something outside of the game.
This option is not allowed if there is an Exfil called and if you're currently not in full health.
Unfortunately, you only have 1 save file slot in the game, even if you play on a different map. It means it will override the current save file if you try to save a different Zombies match.
Another method to save a solo run is to close the game forcefully. Exiting will let the game save a temporary file, so you can continue where you left off.
It will also work if you die, as long as you don't load into the results screen. You can try to do it if you're already at the final encounter of the Easter Egg Main Quests, so you won't have to do everything again!
Saving is not possible while playing in a squad, as it is only available in solo runs. It means you won't be able to continue with the current squad run if you leave the game.
Rejoining an on-going Zombies run is also not allowed if you quit the match or the game crashed.
