The HE-1 is a free-fire rocket launcher with a higher base accuracy and ammo reserve than the CIGMA 2B, giving you more opportunities for blowing up Scorestreaks and groups of enemies. Unlike the CIGMA 2B, however, it cannot lock on to Scorestreak vehicles such as the UAV, so you will need manually adjust your aim for it.

The HE-1 is best paired with a strong mobility weapon such as the AS VAL since having the launcher in hand will significantly slow you down. Assault Packs are recommended for restocking launcher ammo, then feel free to go for a Semtex or Flashbang for your equipment.

The go-to perk setup for the HE-1 is a Recon specialist perk loadout that hides you from other active enemy scorestreaks. This is to make sure that you can use your launcher comfotably against mobile targets.

Though you can opt for the Perk Greed Wild Card to get Quartermaster for restocking your Assault Pack, you will want to think carefully when planning to sacrifice the Gunfighter's extra attachment slots.

How to Unlock HE-1

Reach Account Level 19

The HE-1 is unlocked by reaching Account Level 19. Use Double XP Tokens or participate in Double XP Events to quickly level up your account to level 19.
