| 1 |  This lantern is found above the stairs that connect the Dig Site and the Tombs. |
| 2 |  This lantern is found in front of the Bull Mural in the Tombs. |
| 3 |  This lantern is found above the door that bridges the Tombs and the Shrine of the Hierophants. |
| 4 |  This lantern is found on broken pillar near the south side of the Tombs. |
| 5 |  This lantern is found on the westernmost pillar of the Shrine of the Hierophants. |
| 6 |  This lantern appears on the pillar to the right of the westernmost pillar in the Shrine of the Hierophants. |
| 7 |  This lantern appears on the pillar to the left of the easternmost pillar in the Shrine of the Hierophants. |
| 8 |  This lantern is found on the easternmost pillar of the Shrine of the Hierophants. |
| 9 |  This lantern is on the wall to the north of the Door to Nowhere in the Subterranean Temple. You can easily find it on the path between the Shrine of the Hierophants and the Subterranean Temple. |

| 12 |  This lantern is found as you go down the steps that bridge the Ossuary and the Subterranean Temple. It will be near the pedestal you need to interact with to open the door to nowhere. |

| 14 |  This lantern will be above the doorway leading to the east of the GobbleGum machine in the Ossuary. |
| 15 |  This lantern will be above the doorway next to the free Max Ammo powerup in the Ossuary. |
| 16 |  This lantern appears above the ammo crate at the center of the Ossuary. |
| 17 |  This lantern appears above the path between the Neolithic Catacombs and the Ossuary. |
| 18 |  This lantern appears in the same room as the Archer Mural and crafting table in the Neolithic Catacombs. |
| 19 |  This lantern appears above the doorway to the south of the Deadshot Daiquiri machine in the Neolithic Catacombs. |

What are Aetheric Lanterns For?
Required to Solve the Roman Numeral Puzzles
Aetheric Lanterns play a key role in the main quest of the Tomb. When looking to assemble the Staff of Ice, you'll be using the lanterns to solve 2 Roman Numeral puzzles that reward you with the Headpiece and Staff part of the Staff of Ice.
Required to Upgrade the Staff of Ice
Later on in the Tomb main quest, you'll have to interact with the Aetheric Lanterns a bit more once you're required to upgrade it. During this sequence, you'll have to shoot 3 Aetheric Lanterns within a short amount of time to progress with the staff upgrade.
