The Cigma 2B is best partnered with a highly mobile SMG such as the KSV. This allows you to have a weapon that you can use to move fast across the map since running with the Launcher itself is extremely slow.

Ammo is also limited for Launchers so you will also want to carry the Assault Pack to restock and resupply your missiles.

Ghost is a good perk to equip while using the Cigma 2B. Since this completely renders you undetectable on the enemy's radar, you can take your time looking for the enemy team's UAV and taking it down without anyone disturbing you.

To quickly resupply the Cigma 2B's missiles with Assault Packs, you should get the Quartermaster perk to recharge equipment fast and the Strategist Specialty to deploy the packs a lot quicker.
