The Grekhova is the only full-auto handgun and the fastest-firing gun in its class. It works best in a close-quarters run-and-gun setup, so the Akimbo attachment is recommended to maximize the weapon's firepower. Since the gun's accuracy will come from hipfire, add a Steady Aim Laser for a tighter hipfire spread.

A lot of recoil will be produced from the handgun's full-auto fire, so it is best to use Recoil Springs for improving vertical and horizontal recoil control. Extended Mag III is highly recommended to sustain full-auto in combat while needing to reload less.

Lastly, equip a CQB Grip to further improve your sprint-to-fire, slide-to-fire, and dive-to-fire speed. This ensures you can fire your gun quickly when using omnimovement to close the gap against the enemy.
