The Grekhova is the only full-auto handgun and the fastest-firing gun in its class. It works best in a close-quarters run-and-gun setup, so the Akimbo attachment is recommended to maximize the weapon's firepower. Since the gun's accuracy will come from hipfire, add a Steady Aim Laser for a tighter hipfire spread.
A lot of recoil will be produced from the handgun's full-auto fire, so it is best to use Recoil Springs for improving vertical and horizontal recoil control. Extended Mag III is highly recommended to sustain full-auto in combat while needing to reload less.
Lastly, equip a CQB Grip to further improve your sprint-to-fire, slide-to-fire, and dive-to-fire speed. This ensures you can fire your gun quickly when using omnimovement to close the gap against the enemy.

Handguns are free to pair with any Wild Card since Gunfighter only affects primary weapons.
This Akimbo Grekhova setup will benefit the most from Enforcer-related perks that boost your movement speed like Double Time and Dexterity. Double Time will increases your tactical sprint duration and Dexterity will help reduce weapon motion during omnimovement.
For equipment, you can go with the tried and tested setup of Stim Shot for quick heals and tactical sprint refresh, Semtex for a general-purpose sticky explosve, and the Spring Mine for setting up traps at close-quarters.
How to Unlock Grekhova
Reach Account Level 13
The Grekhova is unlocked by reaching Account Level 13. Use Double XP Tokens or participate in Double XP Events to quickly level up your account to level 13.
How to Unlock Akimbo Grekhova
The Akimbo Grekhova is a Stock attachment that is unlocked when the Grekhova's weapon level reaches the max of 32. Earn experience for the weapon by using the gun in either Multiplayer or Zombies mode.

Im sorry but this is not the best Grekhova build. As a Grekhova main, I can pretty firmly say this is the best build: Suppressor, Long-Barrel, Extended Mag 3, Ergonomic or Commando Grip, and Weighted Stock.
