Emergence has a total of 5 phones for you to answer in the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 (BO6) Campaign. Read on to learn about the location of each phone in Emergence, as well as how to answer every phone during the mission to complete the Collect Calls challenge.

All Emergence Phone Locations

Central Hub Phone

The Central Hub Phone can be found at the Hub area next to the Director Keycard slots of the Advance Technologies and Applications (ATA) Facility. It will start ringing after you've interacted with the elevator button for the first time.

ACR and Admin Hallway Phone

The second phone you can find will be in the large hallway between the Advanced Combat Research (ACR) Wing and the Administration Wing. Approach it to get it to ring and answer the call to learn more about Case's background.

Administration Wing Phone

Once you've obtained the Grappling Hook from the ACR Wing, you'll be able to head up to the Administration Wing. As soon as you grapple up to its balcony, you'll hear the phone ringing on a small table to your left.

Joint Projects Phone

Once you have the Grappling Hook, the phone in the Joint Projects Wing will be difficult to miss. It can be found along the way to the Joint Projects' entrance and it'll start ringing as soon as you get near it. Answer the phone to add another phone to your challenge tally.

Biotechnology Phone

The final phone can be found after you successfully ride the elevator up to the Biotechnology Wing. Naturally, this requires you to have obtained all 4 Director Keycards in order to unlock the elevator. The phone will start ringing in a dark room once you exit the elevator.

Answer every phone in Emergence.

If you manage to answer all 5 phones during Emergence, you will receive the Collect Calls Calling Card. It can be equipped by navigating to your account tab when playing Multiplayer, Warzone, or Zombies.
