The XM4 is a great all-rounder Assault Rifle that handles engagements from close range to long. Improve the weapon's mobility, recoil control, and ADS speed by equipping the Ranger Foregrip and Ergonomic Grip, then supplement its damage with the Reinforced Barrel.

The XM4's iron sights can be clunky to use, so consider adding on a reflex sight like the Accu-Spot Reflex. Finally, add a Suppressor to help reduce detection and mask your shots further at long ranges.

The XM4 is flexible enough to fit any class, but we found going with Recon Specialist Perks offer the most advantages when you are going to engage at multiple ranges across a map. For Perk Greed, Quartermaster is a good pick to recharge your Tacticals and Lethals as you maneuver across the field as a Recon specialist.
