The Black Ops 6 open beta ran from September 6 to September 9, 2024, with an early access period taking place the weekend prior from August 30 to September 4, 2024.
The next time Black Ops 6 will be playable will be on the full game launch on October 25, when the campaign, multiplayer, and Zombies mode go live simultaneously.

The Open Beta was available to all players on September 6th, 2024 on all platforms.
Players who pre-ordered or had a select Game Pass subscription had Early Access to the Open Beta on August 30th, 2024.
The Early Access Beta (Aug. 30 to Sept. 4) and the Open Beta (Sept. 6 to 9) were available if you have Game Pass. Rewards carry over even if you do decide to purchase the game or re-sub to Game Pass by launch day.
Note: Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass PC, and Game Pass Console all qualify for early access. Any of the 3 options will do if you plan to play the Early Access Beta and Open Beta of BO6.
Open Beta progress will not carry over to the full game when it releases on October 25th, 2024. This means that you won't get to keep the experience, weapons, gear, and stats you've earned over the course of the Open Beta.
Black Ops 6 Open Beta is free to all players on all platforms. You'll need to have an existing Activision account to participate in the Open Beta.
Players who pre-ordered the game can hop into the game earlier during Early Access on August 30th, 2024.
Participating in both Open Beta Weekends will net you a total of 9 Cosmetic Rewards so long as you reach Rank 30 by Weekend 2. These rewards include 2 Operator Skins, an animated emblem and calling card, and even a weapon blueprint.
