The XMG is a strong LMG for holding down positions and supporting pushes with a team. Focus on improving recoil control with the Ranger Foregrip and Compensator. Then, improve ADS speed with the Quickdraw Grip.

Strike a balance between mobility and firepower potential with the Extended Mag I, increasing your clip to 150. Lastly, improve the XMG's firepower at mid to long ranges with the Reinforced Barrel.

The XMG, an LMG well-suited to holding down positions, is best paired with a Strategist Specialist Perks. Have Gung-Ho for reloading while on Tactical Sprint and Guardian via Perk Greed for fast healing while capturing or holding down objectives, and reviving teammates faster.

How to Unlock XMG

Reach Account Level 13

The XMG is unlocked by reaching Account Level 13. Use Double XP Tokens or participate in Double XP Events to quickly level up your account to level 13.
