1. Get the Floppy Disk

Get Floppy Disk

Starting Round 10 of Shattered Veil, you can kill the Lab Technician inside the Mainframe Chamber. The Lab Technician will drop the Floppy Disk.

2. Bring the Floppy Disk to the Fax Machine

Fax Machine

Head to the East Foyer, beside the Stamin-Up Perk Machine. Interact with the computer with a printer (beside a body covered with a white blanket) to print out a random code. Vermins and Parasites spawn during the printing process.

Interact with the machine after it's done printing to identify the code in all caps.

3. Decipher the Chalkboard Code

Nursery Room Board Letters

Go to the Nursery Room, where the PhD Flopper Perk Machine is. Look for a chalkboard with letters written on it. The number of letters in a group where the letter of the code appears will be the passcode to open the door in the Service Tunnel underground. Note that the letters on the board changes with match you play, so it's always random.

In the example above: WORM is the code we're looking to decipher from the image above. W is grouped with 9 Letters so the first digit in the code will be 9. The next letter is O and it is grouped with 3 letters, so the next digit in the code will be 3. R and M are in the same group of 7 letters so the last two digits are 7 and 7. It means the code is 9377.

4. Release the Doppelghast

Release the Doppelghast

Head to the basement, to the Service Tunnel. Use the code you got from the Nursery Room to open the glass cell that has a Doppelghast in it. You'll have to kill the Doppelghast as soon as it's released, so make sure you're all geared up before entering the code.

5. Defeat the Doppelghast to Get Severed Arm

You will get the Severed Arm once you kill the Doppelghast.

6. Use the Severed Arm to Unlock the Ray Gun

Unlock the Ray Gun Mark II

Head to the Armory in the Supply Depot, which you can find if you go right from the Service Tunnel. Use the Severed Arm on the fingerprint scanner to open the vault and get the Ray Gun Mark II.
