Open Settings Menu
Open the Settings menu by clicking on the Cog icon on the top right of the main menu.

Account and Network Settings
Select Account and Network at the bottom of the sidebar.
3 You should see Crossplay and Crossplay Communications; set both of these to Off to disable Crossplay on PlayStation.

Xbox

How to Turn Off Crossplay for Xbox
1 Go to the Xbox Dashboard and open the Settings menu.
2 In the General tab, go to Online Safety and Family.
3 Select Privacy and Online Safety and then go to Xbox Privacy.
4 Select View Details and Customize.
5 Select Communication and Multiplayer
6 Finally, select Block under the “You can join cross-network play” column to disable Crossplay for Xbox.
