How to Get Slowking

Obtainable via Trade Evolution

You can obtain Slowking in the post-game by trading a Slowpoke while it is holding a King's Rock. This evolution method only becomes available after completing the main story and unlocking post-game areas.

As a note, Slowking is exclusive to Pokemon LeafGreen. If you're playing the other version of the game, you won't be able to find them naturally, and will have to trade for them instead.
