A Tier 5 Camp is needed to craft the Topaz Gypsum Attunement Potion which enables Topaz Gypsum drops. Complete the associated Survivalist quests to unlock the Camp Tiers all the way to 5.
Camp Guide: How to Upgrade Camps
| 1 |  Head over to a landmark with a lot of level 55+ enemies. Parts of Edengrove, Ebonscale Reach, Reekwater, and Shattered Mountain will have plenty. Note: Players do not need to use Elite Areas for this. As long as enemies are level 55+, Topaz Gypsum will drop. |

| 2 | Set up a Tier 5 Camp before crafting and consuming a Topaz Gypsum Attunement Potion. This will enable Topaz Gypsum drops. Note: The effects of the potion only lasts for 60 minutes. Make sure that you can reliably clear level 55+ mobs given the time frame. |
| 3 |  Start killing level 55+ mobs and pay attention to the drops. Topaz Gypsum is not guaranteed to drop all the time. You will need to keep cycling through the area until you have 10. Warning: Pay attention to drops! Only 10 Topaz Gypsum will drop each day, making it so that missing one prevents you from crafting a Gypsum Cast for that day. |
| 4 | Once 10 pieces of Topaz Gypsum are secured, no more drops will occur. |

Topaz Gypsum is used to craft Gypsum Orbs, a new end-game crafting component used to craft Expertise-raising, Gypsum Casts.
| 1 | Head over to any of the following high-level regions: Ebonscale Reach, Reekwater, Shattered Mountain, Edengrove, or Great Cleave. |

| 2 |  Interact with the Tier 5 Gypsum Kiln found in the settlement or outpost. |
| 3 | Use collected Topaz Gypsum to craft a Gypsum Orb. Each Gypsum type will require a different amount when crafting an Orb. |
| 4 |  Use the crafted Gypsum Orb to craft any of the Gypsum Equipment Casts. Each cast can only be crafted once every 24 hours*. |
| 5 |  Open up the crafted Gypsum Cast to increase the Expertise Level of the chosen armor, trinket, or weapon type. |
The cooldown on crafting a certain cast is a full 24 hours and not a global reset.
