Fallout 4 - Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher Stats

The Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher can be obtained during the quest When Pigs Fly. Play through the quest and you'll be rewarded with the grenade launcher once you finish.

The quest is acquired right after exiting the Vault as a new character or when loading into a character from before the 2024 next gen update.

Fallout 4 - Suggs
Follow the quest marker location on the map which will lead you to somewhere between Kendall Hospital and Cambridge Crater.

You'll find a garage with an NPC named Suggs when you arrive. Head inside and interact with the terminal marked by the quest.
4 Fallout 4 - Interact with the Terminal Behind Suggs
Select the third option, "Weapons Dealer in Monsignor Plaza", after opening the terminal. This will tell you about another shop that opened and advance the quest.

Fallout 4 - Visit the Competing Shop at Monsignor Plaza
Follow the quest marker heading east from Suggs' Garage to just south of the Monsignor Plaza marker.

The quest leads you to a green door right next to a body of water. There are mines leading up to the door so be careful.

Enter the door and prepare to fight some enemies inside. You should save at the entrance before initiating combat.

Fallout 4 - Defeat the Enemies and Head Up the Stairs
Defeat the enemies and continue heading up the stairs to the 3rd floor to find the gun shop.

Fallout 4 - Find the Gun Shop on the 3rd Floor
The gun shop will have more enemies inside, clear the area first before doing anything else.

Head inside the gun shop and you'll find Marvin's Note on the front desk. Read it to advance the quest.

The note will tell you about an ambush they plan to do on Suggs. Follow the quest marker to find Marvin who is near Suggs' garage.

Head back to Suggs' garage and you'll find Marvin waiting on top of a building right next to it with his security guards.

Defeat Marvin and his guards and take the Grenade Launcher Schematics from his body.

Protect Suggs from any additional enemies that come after him and return him the schematics. Upon completion, Suggs will reward you with the Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher.

The Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher uses 40mm Frag Grenades for ammo which cannot be crafted. You can instead buy 40mm Frag Grenades from Suggs which will restock after a while. Other NPCs in Diamond City and Goodneighbor also have a chance to sell them.
