All Social Links have specific schedules and availability, and it's easy to miss some due to time constraints, such as Akinari's Social Link if you run out of Sundays in the late game. The game may even tempt you to spend your Sundays to hangout with someone else!
To manage this, prioritize Sunday Social Links first, then focus on those available at school. Ideally, you can complete Maya's Social Link during the first half of the game and then move on to Akinari once he’s available.
The Social Links you can do outside, such as the Hierophant, Moon, and Hanged Man, should be your lowest priority since you can complete these during summer vacation.
Additionally, most of your classmates and schoolmates will also be unavailable during pre-examination weeks, so make sure to focus on the Social Links mentioned above on those days instead.
Best Social Links to Max First
If you're having a hard time maxing out your social stats, you can use the arcade to boost them. Although it can be costly, the social stats you gain from playing are huge. This is a better way to spend your money than buying medicine, which you can find tons of from chests in Tartarus.
When deciding which social stats to prioritize, focus on Charm and Courage, as you can earn free Academic points from classroom questions and exams. Just make sure to answer correctly!
Starting in November, the Dating Site URL will be available for purchase from the URL dealer in Club Escapade. You can use this to add points to any existing Social Links, especially if you're running out of time to complete them. Ideally, you should use the URL at night, so you can advance the Social Link of your choice the next day.
Given this, make sure to complete night-time Social Links as well, such as the Tower Social Link and the Devil Social Link, to free up your night-time activities!
When doing a Tartarus Block, it's recommended to complete the entire block in one night, at least one to two days before the next boss fight. This also allows you to do all missing persons requests in one go, giving you more free nights to focus on raising your social stats or doing Social Links.

Locked chests that spawn on random floors may contain rare items, but many of them are repetitive. Opening these chests also costs Twilight Fragments, and if you keep unlocking them, you may run short on more important floors like Floor Guardians, which offer guaranteed rare items and gear.
Because of this, it's best to ignore the random chests and only open those that appear on Floor Guardian floors.
How to Farm Twilight Fragments and All Locations
Locked Chests play a much more important role in Episode Aigis, as many of the items you need to unlock characteristics are inside them. In addition, Aigis Upgrades can also be found in these chests, so make sure to use your Twilight Fragments on these chests only.
For those aiming to complete the compendium, keep in mind that not all Personas are unlockable via fusion. Some will be inaccessible, and the only way to obtain them is by finishing Linked Episodes and Social Links.
Some of the recommended Personas to unlock are Helel, which grants access to Armageddon, and Michael, which is needed to unlock Metatron—required for Orpheus Telos.
Persona Compendium - All Personas
Character | How to Fill Theurgy Gauge |
---|---|
Aigis | After using Physical skills, her drive to complete her mission intensifies. |
Akihiko | After strengthening himself, his fighting spirit rises. |
Fuuka | After analyzing an enemy, her yearning for her friends' trust grows. |
Junpei | After landing a critical hit, he becomes motivated by his own potential. |
Ken | Once his SP is less than half, his competitiveness is incited. |
Koromaru | After exploting an enemy's weakness, his will to fight grows. |
Metis | After being shifted to from Aigis, her drive to protect her sister rises. |
Mitsuru | After weakening enemies or inflicting an ailment, her will burns brighter. |
Protagonist | After summoning a Persona, power within gradually enhances. |
Shinjiro | Once his HP is less than half, his determination ignites. |
Yukari | After healing someone, her desire to prevent death strengthens. |
While all characters can passively charge theurgy during their turns, there are other actions you can perform to charge it faster. For example, having Koromaru hit a weakness allows him to charge his theurgy more quickly, while Yukari gains hers when healing a teammate.
It's important to know this, especially when choosing which teammates to bring into combat, to effectively utilize their theurgies!
Keep in mind that Akihiko and Mitsuru have mistranslated their theurgies. Akihiko can still charge his theurgy when another teammate uses a buff on him, such as from Fuuka's abilities. Mitsuru, on the other hand, charges faster when using debuffs like Rakunda, rather than specifically lowering an enemy's HP.
In Episode Aigis, Aigis no longer charges her theurgy by hitting enemies with physical attacks. Instead, as she adapts the Protagonist's theurgy, she fills her gauge by summoning Personas.
Make sure to level up your Personas to their maximum level to gain Heart Items. You can use these Heart Items to craft rare weapons, accessories, and items at Mayoido Antiques. Several of these items provide buffs that can be helpful to the team, including those that can nullify weaknesses and status ailments.
Using Skill Cards is another way to teach Personas new skills. You can obtain these from Mayoido Antiques as well as from Shuffle Time. The higher your level, the better Skill Cards you'll get from Shuffle Time!
This is also a good strategy to avoid fusing too many Personas when completing Fusion Series Elizabeth Requests. You can simply teach them skills using Skill Cards to bypass the lengthy fusing process.
Can You Inherit Skills?
In the later stages of the game, you will encounter several enemies with either no weaknesses or resistance to most elements, such as rare shadows and some Monad bosses. This makes it necessary to use Break skills, such as Ice Break, Wind Break, Fire Break, and Elec Break, to effectively deal elemental damage to them.
It’s also recommended to defeat the Reaper in the later stages of the game to reach the max level more efficiently. Rare and Greedy Shadows won't provide much experience anymore in the late game, and the best way to gain EXP in one go is by beating the Reaper.
Some of the easiest ways to defeat the Reaper include changing the difficulty to either Easy or Peaceful, or using Armageddon. You can also access this theurgy early in New Game Plus if you have Helel and Satan registered!
