Red Sigil is weak to Ice but drains Fire and Electric. You'll want to use either Aigis or Metis for Ice attacks this fight because Mitsuru is weak to Fire attacks from the Red Sigil.
The Killer Twins likes to use the combo of Stagnant Air and Eerie Sound or Virus Breath to inflict negative status effects on your party. You'll want to make sure that bring Yukari so that she can cure any affected party members.
Alternatively, you could also bring status curing items or equip either the Alicorn or the Unbreakable Cage Accessories to deal with the Killer Twins' status effects.
With the Killer Twins being weak to Fire, and the Red Sigil being weak to Ice, you'll want to bring party members like Junpei, Koromaru, and Metis who can target their weaknesses. Just make sure that you don't use AoE Fire Skills since it will heal Red Sigil.
As for Mitsuru, she's the strongest Ice attacker in the party, but she's also weak to Fire attacks from the Red Sigil. Take this into consideration first before bringing her with you to this fight.
You'll want to make sure to debuff the bosses since the Red Sigil can use Matarukaja to raise their attack. Also, the Killer Twins has Evade Fire as one of their skills, so you'll want to use Sukukaja or Sukunda to help your attacks hit.
