Request 44 I wish to feel the ocean. and How to Complete Ocean
After you've accepted the request, progress the main storyline of the game until you reach 7/20 of the in-game calendar. From there, head straight to the ocean when you reach the beach and trigger the prompt for you to acquire the items Elizabeth asked for.
