Use Sylphid Aura Before Battle

Sylphid Aura is Fuuka's navigational skill that buffs your party. Make sure to use it before engaging with this boss, as Muttering Tiara can heavily debilitate you with its debuffs, and Silent Book can get Platinum Dice's damage out of control with its constant buffs.

Insta-Kill Muttering Tiara with Mudoon

Before anything else, take out Muttering Tiara. It is weak to Dark magic so cast Mudo, or better yet, Mudoon to instantly kill Muttering Tiara before it even has a chance to do anything. If you don't have these skills, Eiha or Eiga will do well enough to knock it down for All-Out Attacks.

Eliminate Silent Book with Theurgy

After getting rid of Muttering Tiara, get rid of Silent Book as fast as possible with Theurgy attacks before it has a chance to buff Platinum Dice. If Theurgy attacks are not enough, hit it with Yukari's Garula since it is weak to Wind.

Cast Debuffs on Platinum Dice

Platinum Dice is the damage dealer in this boss fight, while Silent Book provides buffs to its ally and Muttering Tiara debuffs your party. Use debuffs like Tarunda, Rakunda, and Sukunda on Platinum Dice to negate Silent Book's buffs on it.

Use Numbers to Predict Its Moves

Protect Against Dark

Having a few Homunculus items on hand will be extremely helpful to stay alive from Platinum Dice's Mamudoon skill, which has a chance to instakill your whole party with Dark magic. If you're all out of Homunculus, having Band-Ace and Revival Bead items handy will also be helpful, as well as the skill Recarm.

Having Koromaru in your party is ideal, since he nullifies Dark magic. Equip Personas that block Dark Magic so the Protagonist will be safe from death.

Protect Against Fire

Platinum Dice casts Maragion, so keep Mitsuru out of this battle and make sure to include Junpei and Koromaru since they are strong against Fire. Equip a Persona that is also resistant to or nullifies Fire.

Use Dekunda to Remove Debuffs

Muttering Tiara casts Masukunda and Matarunda, which lowers your party's accuracy/evasion and attack damage, which is very debilitating. Cancel this out with the Dekunda skill or a Dekunda Gem.

Be Ready to Cure Distress

Platinum Dice casts Eerie Sound, which may inflict Distress on your whole party. This is easily cured with a Me Patra skill, which Yukari learns. You can also alternatively use Me Patra Gems or Patra Gems

Focus Physical Attacks on Platinum Dice

Only after you've defeated Muttering Tiara and Silent Book can you finally focus attack on Platinum Dice. Keep on using Physical skills on Platinum Dice, since it has no weaknesses. Hope for critical hits so you can deal more damage with All-Out Attacks.
