During the Ghost Investigation, Yukari will ask you a series of questions on the evening of 6/5. The table above shows all the correct answers to her questions, although it is not necessary to get it correct to progress the story.

Persona 3 Reload - Ghost Investigation Clues from Students

You can find clues about the ghost investigation by talking to the students in the afternoon after school. Make sure to talk with them throughout the week since they will give you new information on different days.

It is particularly good to interact with the gossiping girls on 2F Hallway, and with the rest of the students at 1F and the Entranceway.
