How to Start the Tanaka (Devil) Social Link

Reach Hermit Social Link Rank 4

Reach Charm LVL 4 (Smooth)

To unlock Tanaka's Social Link, you must reach Charm Rank 4 (Smooth) as Tanaka will not even notice you if your Charm is lower. Answering classroom and exam questions can help increase your Charm alongside your Academics.

However, if you find yourself short on Charm, the following activities will actively increase your Charm!

• Eat at Hagakure Ramen • Drink coffee at Chagall Cafe • Spend time at the Arcade (Monday and Thursday)

Reach Hermit Social Link Rank 4

After that, you need to progress the Hermit Social Link to Rank 4. Doing so will have Maya inform you that Tanaka is at Paulownia Mall on Tuesday and Saturday evenings.

Pay 40,000 Yen

After doing these steps, Tanaka will speak to you and ask you for money. Tanaka will then ask you to give him 20,000 yen, then 10,000, and another 10,000 on three separate times. If you give Tanaka the money, you will unlock the Devil Social Link.
