Golden Hands that frequent the floors of 145 to 172 are weak to Light which are the rare enemies. Personas from the Justice Arcana are good additions to your team even if just used as a means to hit their weaknesses to guarantee all out attacks.
As an alternative, you can bring along Ken. His skillset heavily emphasizes on Light moves such as Kouha and his Theurgy deals severe Light damage. He also recovers SP passively if you obtained his characteristics which makes him a great asset in Tartarus runs!
