The Player is Free to Choose
Since the game lets you put yourself into the shoes of the Protagonist, you can name the main character with relative freedom. However, do know that Persona 3 Reload is a lengthy game; you may want to think it over before you commit to being called something you may get tired of.
No Change to Gameplay
The Protagonist's name does not change anything in the gameplay. However, naming yourself may affect your sense of immersion if you name yourself something overly silly.
First and Last Name
Although Persona 3 Reload is a Japanese game, it follows the Western naming convention so you will input your first name then the last name instead of the other way around.
