Can You Play as the FeMC?
Female Protagonist is Not Playable in Persona 3 Reload
The Female Protagonist is exclusive to Persona 3 Portable, a port made for the PlayStation Portable, and was later released as a remastered version for modern consoles.
According to Ryota Niitsuma, the producer of Persona 3 Reload, and chief director Kazuhisa Wada in an interview, Persona 3 Reload only features content from the original Persona 3 game with a few quality-of-life (QoL) improvements from the previous versions and new features. This choice to exclude content from FES and Portable (P3P) means that Persona 3 Reload does not include Episode: Aigis (previously known as The Answer in Persona 3 FES) or the Female Protagonist.
Possibly Added in the Near Future
It's possible that the Female Protagonist will be added in the near future behind a paid DLC, or it might be included in a definitive version of Persona 3 Reload, given that the same treatment was applied for Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5 Royal.
