Ice Ravem is weak to Slash but repels Pierce and drains Ice. Use characters with Slash attacks, like Junpei or Mitsuru, to quickly deal with this boss.
It's recommended to bring primarily Physical Attackers like Akihiko, Metis, and Junpei. This way, you have members who can target the bosses' Strike and Slash weaknesses while also ignoring Acheron Seeker draining your SP.
Ideally, you want to use Junpei since he can target both the Seeker and Raven's weaknesses with Fire and Slash respectively.
While Akihiko can target the Acheron Seeker's Strike and Electric weaknesses, he is highly susceptible to Ice Attacks from the Ice Raven. Bring him only if you can keep him alive or constantly cast Makarakarn to keep him safe.
While Mitsuru is a weaker Slash user, she's still very useful for this fight thanks to her Nullifying Ice Attacks. The only issue is that you'll have a lower damage output, allowing the Acheron Seeker to drain more SP from your team.
Ken is the ideal support for this fight since he can swap between supporting and attacking when needed. He also has Makarakarn to reflect Magic attacks and the Divine Intervention Theurgy in case of emergencies.
Just be wary of the Acheron Seeker since they can use Mudoon and insta-kill Ken.
Gabriel is one of the best Personas for this fight since they constantly drain Ice Attacks from the Ice Raven. They also have access to Ziodyne, lowering your reliance on Physical Attacks and countering Acheron Seeker's Tetrakarn.
You'll want to defeat the Acheron Seeker first to prevent it from draining everyone's SP and setting up Tetrakarns. Once they're gone, you'll only have to worry about the Ice Raven slinging Ice Attacks at your party.
As a note, this is why Junpei, Akihiko, and Ken are very useful this fight since they can also use Fire and Electric Attacks to bypass Tetrakarn.
