Players can find Twilight Fragments scattered throughout the world outside of Tartarus. You can spot them as a shiny blue light hidden in random corners or areas. Try to explore all areas every day to get as much Twilight Fragments possible.

You can also find Twilight Fragments within Tartarus. They will appear as a shiny white light instead of the standard yellow light for normal objects. It is recommended to explore each floor thoroughly to find them.

Twilight Fragments can also be earned as a reward from Elizabeth if you rank up your Social Links. You can slowly improve your Social Links by spending time with the person until an event happens.

Rescue Lost Cats

Similar to the Missing Person cases, you can also rescue lost cats to earn Twilight Fragments. These cats won't be mentioned on the Police Message Board, so Officer Kurosawa wouldn't reward you for it. However, the cats themselves will give you the Twilight Fragments upon rescue.
