You don't have an unlimited amount of time to complete your objectives, so make sure that you manage your time properly. Ideally, you only spend one day to complete a Tartarus Block so that you can have as much time as possible for your daily activities.

Social Links are bonds with your friends that unlock a powerful Persona at max level. Remember to check your phone to see who's available to hang out and bring a Persona that matches their Social Link Arcana.
As for Link Episodes, these are exclusive time-sensitive interactions with the male members of SEES, and some late-game characters, newly introduced in Reload. Again, check your phone so that you can hang out with them when they ask you.
Best Social Links to Max First
You want to make sure to level up your Social Stats when you can since there are Social Links that are locked behind certain Social Stat requirements. Make sure to spend free time where you don't have available Social Links to level up your Social Stats around the city.
Later in the game, you'll mostly be using your money to summon Personas from your Compendium for powerful Special Fusions. Spend your money wisely so that you have a lot of money saved up in the later parts of the game.
As a general recommendation, don't spend money on buying items and equipment since you can find a lot of what you need in Tartarus.
To save money on equipment, you'll need to farm Twilight Fragments to open locked chests after Tartarus boss fights. You can find these around the world and inside Tartarus, so keep an eye out for their signature blue sparkle.
How to Farm Twilight Fragments
A new feature introduced in Reload are Hangouts with SEES members. These events unlock Characteristics that give unique passives to party members, plus they don't progress time so you can still do other activities.
All Characteristics and How to Get
At a certain point in the story, Elizabeth will ask you to fulfil some of her requests. Talk to her every now and then to see what she wants, and complete her requests so you can unlock some exclusive rewards, including Personas.
Note that some of these are time-sensitive so make sure to check her requests at the start of every week.

Another new feature introduced in Reload is the ability to Rewind to a later date or time. In case you missed something important, like a Social Link or Link Episode, you can go back in time to fix your mistake.
What is the Rewind Feature and How to Use It
Whenever your Persona stock is full, or you're at a higher level than your current Personas, you'll want to fuse new ones in the Velvet Room. This way you can start filling out your Compendium while also getting new Personas with better stats.
You don't need to worry about losing the Skills you like to you since you can pass down Skills to the new Persona that you're fusing.

It's recommended to always bring a support as one of your party members. This way you always have someone to heal or cure status ailments with you, and you don't have to waste items.
Initially, you'll only have Yukari as a dedicated support, but later on, you'll also get access to Ken if you want to replace her.
If ever one of your party members gets inflicted with a negative status ailment, you'll want to cure it as soon as possible. Some of these statuses have really bad side effects, like Freeze which makes the next physical attack a guaranteed critical hit.
Whenever you're in a fight, make sure that you exploit the enemies' weaknesses. This will knock them down, giving you an extra turn in battle. If you knock down all enemies in the fight, you'll also be able to launch a powerful All-Out Attack.
Also, whenever you get a new party member, they will be able to hit the weaknesses of the Tartarus bosses in the block that gets unlocked when they join. Bring them along with you so that you can knock them down for easier fights.
Later on, when you get Fuuka as a party member, you'll get the ability to Analyze the enemies' weaknesses, resistances, and immunities. Do this as soon as possible so that you don't have to experiment to find their weaknesses.
While the main priority in Tartarus is to get to the highest floor you can access, you should still spend extra time to level up your Personas and party members. This both unlocks higher level Personas for you to fuse and makes sure that you aren't under-levelled going into a full moon boss!
If you've played other Persona games before and you're a big fan of the series, the DLC allows you to use costumes and music from previous games in the series. If you want to change up the game a bit from the regular experience, then consider buying the DLC packs.
Persona 3 Reload: Expansion Pass Details
If you want to have an easy time with the game, the DLCs have some of the strongest Personas available. This is mostly due to their Unique Skills that are noticeably stronger than their base game counterparts.
If you want the full Persona 3 experience, then you'll want to purchase the Episode Aigis DLC. This is an epilogue to the main story and explains what happens to the members of SEES after beating the final boss.
