Best Social Links to Rank Up in the Early Game
Early Social Link Priority (April to Early May)

He is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. He is the lowest priority since he has several days a week to spend time with. |
The highest priority is the Hermit Social Link where you play an online game with Maya since she is only available on Sunday. With that, try to do this social link every Sunday unless you get a date for a Social Link where you need to spend time with someone else.
Next, you would want to prioritize your fellow students in the order listed above since they have fewer days to spend time with compared to other social links during the early game. Additionally, they will be unavailable during the holidays and school exam periods too.

Due to the reasoning above, it is suggested to follow this Social Link schedule for the early game. This lets you Rank Up with all of them without wasting any days. Although, this will change once you unlock more Social Links as you progress the story.
Increase Social Stats at Night Instead of Social Links
At night, you would want to spend time increasing your social stats by doing various activities instead of doing Social Links. Once you have max stats, you can start doing the Devil and Tower Social Links in the evening.
This is because Mitsuru and Yukari need max Charm and Academics to start, and you may find it difficult to complete theirs if you do not invest enough time in your stats.

Mid-Game Social Link Priority (Mid May to June)

In the mid game, you would want to begin getting max Courage before or slightly after 6/19 since Fuuka is the earliest max stat Social Link available.
For Bebe, you would also need Academics at Rank 3 to 4 and Hierophant Rank 3, but at 5/29 you should already be around that level naturally as long as you regularly study and go to the arcade on Wednesday and Saturday to increase your Academics.

At this point of the game, you would want to prioritize the people on the left of the schedule, while occasionally spending time with the ones on the right. You would also have enough progress to reach the mid-ranks of the social links that were initially available. This is also the time where most social links are available so setting up a priority list is very crucial in this stage.

Non-Student Social Links on Holidays (Summer Break)

During the holidays, none of the regular students will be available. Due to this, it is best to spend time with your social links outside of school. The ones who are available everyday are lower priority than those who don't since they can be progressed anytime and is a great safety net in case you mess up your social link schedule by avoiding empty days (days where you have no social link to start).
You should spend time with Maiko the most during the holidays since she has a four-day availability during the holidays. It is also good to do the Online Game social link during this time since it will let you free up your Sundays to other Social Links once you complete it.

In the late game, you should already have considerable progress on the early game Social Links, and would have even have several of them at max rank, like Kenji, Yuko and Maya.
With that, you would want to prioritize Akinari in this stage since he is only available on Sunday. Next you would want to try getting max Charm and max Academics so that you can begin Yukari and Mitsuru's Social Links before time runs out.

In the late game, you would want to focus on completing the people you already started during the early to mid game. This will help you free up a lot of your time once they are done.
Once you get max rank with some, you will have more free days where you can spend time with Social Links that are available everyday.
Spend Time with Aigis Every Time
Once Aigis' Social Link is available in the post game, you should spend time with her as much as possible. Most of your Social Links should be at max rank at this point anyways, and you will have very limited time with her.
