How to Start the Nozomi (Moon) Social Link
Reach Charm LVL 2 (Unpolished)
To start Nozomi Suemitsu's Social Link, you must first raise your Charm to Rank 2 (Unpolished). Then, simply approach the Chubby Student at Paulownia Mall to lay the groundwork for the Social Link.
Hand Nozomi an Odd Morsel
To unlock the Moon Social Link, you must give Nozomi an Odd Morsel, which are commonly found inside chests at Tartarus.
Answer the Gourmet Quiz Questions Correctly
After handing him an Odd Morsel, agree to take part in Nozomi's Gourmet Quiz, which will require you to answer all his food-related questions correctly. Here are all the correct answers:
