Head to Port Island Station

Travel to Port Island Station, then proceed towards the restroom above the cinema. After entering inside, you will be prompted by the game to either Scrub Harder, Use Soap, or Give Up. Just continue to select Scrub Harder to finish cleaning the restroom.
