・Use Fuuka's Sylphid Aura before entering battle ・Defeat this boss first since it's weak to Fire and debuffs your party ・Use Rakunda on it so its HP goes down faster ・Use Theurgy skills to kill it as fast as possible ・Keep a Dekunda skill or Dekunda Gems handy to remove your debuffs before Deviant Convict unleashes Herculean Strike

Deviant Convict Mini-Boss Tips
・Use Fuuka's Sylphid Aura before entering battle ・Defeat this boss second ・It charges up Herculean Strike which can deal massive damage to your party so debuff it with Tarunda to keep its attack down ・Equip Personas with Crit Rate Boost and Rebellion to knock it down since it has no weaknesses. This opens it up to All-Out Attacks and delays Herculean Strike.
