Inifinte Sand is weak against Strike, and nulls all elements. Using only Physical moves against them will bring them down and can results into an All-Out Attack.
For this fight, we recommend bringing Metis and Junpei since these enemies will be immnue to elemental attacks. Metis can use charged physical attacks, while Junpei can land critical hits easily thanks to his characteristic.
Additionally, Metis learns Insta-Heal, which allows her to recover from poison quickly!
If Metis or Junpei are underleveled, Koromaru can replace one of them and serve as a secondary support with Revolution to boost the team's critical hit rate. He can also use a variety of moves like Tempest Slash, Swift Strike, and Virus Breath, which are all effective against both bosses.
Since Eternal Sand uses Bufudyne a lot, we do not recommend bringing Akihiko along to this fight despite his Physical affinity. If you still wish to bring him, equip an accessory that allows him to dodge Ice attacks.
Yukari will be a much better support in this fight since she can learn Amrita Drop to cure poison and can hit Reckoning Dice with her wind moves if she needs to go on the offensive.
Eternal Sand will always use Poison Mist to poison the entire team. You can counter this by equipping Alicorn, which is easily obtainable from Mayoido Antiques.
It will require a 1 Nihil Ore, 1 Soul Sea Driblet, which is obtainable from Heart Items, and 10 Malachite.
If unlocked, Futsunushi can be a great persona to use here. It's not weak to any of the attacks from either enemy and can learn Bloody Charge and Vorpal Blade. If fused using Raphael, it can also take Tempest Slash, which you can use early on as you focus on Reckoning Dice.
Raphael and Melchizedek are good alternatives to use over Futsunushi if you are underleveled for this fight.
Since the fight will mostly revolve around the use of physical moves, it's best to defeat Reckoning Dice first since it can use Tetrakarn on Eternal Sand. It can also use Divine Judgment, which can cut your HP in half.
Eternal Sand will be the offensive enemy in this fight, but keep in mind that it can use drain skills to heal itself. Focusing on it will just take a lot of time, especially if it gets shielded with Tetrakarn.
Koromaru and Junpei are valuable allies against these enemies since they bring both Slash and Strike moves that can down these enemies quickly.
Metis and Akihiko are also great choices to pick but bringing Koromaru or Junpei's Fire affinity can help for the other bosses in this Monad Door.
Infinite Sand has access to Eerie Sound which can inflict Distress on all party members, which can be difficult and may result in crtical hits against the party. Use Koromaru's Swift Strike or Junpei's Assault Dive to beat them quickly.
