Unfortunately, Harmony Giant has no weaknesses. However, you can always use Fire, Ice, Light, and Dark attacks since they will also hit the Judgement Sword for neutral damage.

Judgement Sword is weak to Wind but repels Slash, nullifies Pierce, and drains Electric. Use either Aigis or Metis for Wind attacks this fight since Yukari is susceptible to Electric attacks from the Harmony Giant.
Even though Yukari specializes in Wind, you'll want to bring Ken instead as your main support to avoid Yukari getting beat down by the Harmony Giant's Electric attacks. If you need an extra Wind attacker, you can always bring Metis with Garula as one of your other party members.
For this fight, it's recommended to bring a Quetzalcoatl and Cu Chulainn as your Personas for offense and defense respectively.
Quetzalcoatl has access to the powerful Garudyne, which makes quick work out of the Judgement Sword, while Cu Chulainn resists Electric attacks from the Harmony Giant while still being able to do respectable damage with Charged Physical Attacks.
Whenever Harmony Giant uses Sukukaja on the Judgement Sword, you'll want to dispel it as soon as possible. This way, its attacks are less likely to hit, and you'll be able to hit it in return.
Harmony Giant is incredibly tanky and difficult to take down, so you'll want to focus on defeating the Judgement Sword first. Once it's down, you won't have to worry about its hard-hitting physical attacks anymore.
It should be noted that the Judgement Sword has Dodge Wind as one of its skills, so you don't want to fully rely on Wind Attacks in case it evades one of your attacks.
