Shuffle Time is a game feature in Persona 3 Reload (P3R) that can give you various bonuses or a penalty. See the list of bonuses, the list of all Personas from Shuffle Time, and learn how shuffle time works here!

Persona Gives a Persona
Sword (Red) Gives a Skill Card
Coin (Yellow) Gives Money
Wand (Green) Gives an EXP Boost
Cup (Blue) Healing effects or new stat buffs.
Major Arcana Provides unique effect depending on chosen arcana.

There are several possible bonuses or penalties you can get from shuffle time depending on the card you get. Furthermore, obtaining all Major arcana cards during your run will trigger Arcana Burst which increases the rank of cards you obtain during your run.

Hit The Enemy's Weaknesses

Persona 3 Reload - Attack Enemy Weakness

Shuffle Time will have a chance to activate if you were able to hit the enemy's weakness during the battle. This encourages you to always try to attack an enemy's weakness whenever you can.

All-Out Attack Finish Guarantees a Shuffle Time

Persona 3 Reload - All-Out Attack

You can also perform an All-Out Attack as the final blow during a battle to activate Shuffle Time. This incentivizes you to always try to perform All-Out Attacks so that you can get an extra bonus.
