Request 34 Create a Persona with Torrent Shot and How to Complete Naga

We recommend that you create Naga to complete this request, given that this Persona can learn Torrent Shot at Level 19.

Naga can be created by fusing both Hua Po (Magician) and Shiisaa (Hierophant).
