Immortal Snake is weak to Slash but it also resists Fire and nullifies Wind. Like Crazy Twins, bring Junpei or Metis to maximize your damage output with their Slash attacks.
Besides Agidyne, Immoral Snake will use the combination of Stagnant Air and its Status Ailment Skills to cripple your party. Take it out first so that you'll only have to worry about attacks coming from the Crazy Twins.
Since both bosses are weak to Slash, you'll want to use AoE Slash Skills like Deathbound to knock them both down at the same time.
Ideally, you want to use Junpei since he's the strongest physical attacker with AoE Slash Skills, but he's also weak to Wind attacks from Crazy Twins. Take this into consideration first before you bring him to this fight.
It should be noted that you can bring anyone who has an AoE Slash Skill learned. The only reason Junpei is recommended, even if he's weak to Wind, is because he specializes in physical attacks and he has a high Attack stat.
Crazy Twins can be found inside a Monad Door in Ptolomea. It's recommended to always take the door on the right so that this boss has a 3 out of 4 chance of spawning.
