Shinjiro | Auto Bolster ・ Temporarily increases Attack and Defense of self at the start of battle. Auto Heat Riser ・ Temporarily increases all stats of self at the start of battle. |

Metis | Sister Boost ・ Increases damage by 20% until end of turn if switched to her from Aigis. Sister Amp ・ Increases damage by 40% until end of turn if switched to her from Aigis. |
To acquire Characteristics, you must spend time with your teammates by doing dorm activities with them. Each party member will prefer two activities to engage in, and doing these activities with them 3 times will unlock and evolve their Characteristics.
It also improves your Social Stats depending on the activity. For example, when Ken watches DVD, he will choose to watch superhero movies, which enhances your Courage.

To unlock the Protagonists's Characteristics, you have to progress your Persona Compendium completion rate to unlock your characteristics. To unlock each Characteristic, you'll have to reach 30% to get Weakness Boost and 60% to get Weakness Amp.
