Aigis	・Diarahan ・Matarukaja ・Masukukaja ・Primal Force ・Enduring Soul ・Insta-Heal	Best pick for this fight thanks to her Physical-oriented moveset. Give her Insta-heal or Enduring Soul so she can survive Takaya's Gastly Wail. Can also heal in a pinch.

Futsunushi	・Brave Blade ・Apt Pupil ・Unshaken Will ・Bloody Charge ・Slash Amp	Focus on dealing Physical damage for this fight since takaya will take your SP by turn 2. Can get Unshaken Will at level 81 make sure to get it so you are immune to Fear.
Mother Harlot	・Amrita Shower ・Debilitate	Will be your main healer in reserve should Yukari be paralyzed by fear. Giving it Auto Ma-kaja skills will also save a few turns at the beginning.
Thanatos	・Brave Blade ・Enduring Soul ・Charge ・Slash Amp	Repels Takaya's Maeigaon and Mamudoon and can fight back with its Brave Blade. Also gets Enduring Soul so you can survive Takaya's Gastly Wail.

Be Prepared for Insta-Kill Attacks

Takaya has both Mamudoon and Ghastly Wail in his kit. Make sure to bring some Homunculi or have a Persona with Enduring Soul to prevent a game over.

Bring Items or Equipment That Can Help With Fear

Make sure you don't get inflicted with Fear by equipping items like the Daft Jacket or the Infrared Goggles on Yukari so she can use Amrita Shower on everyone else.

Takaya Loses his Light Attacks from Base Game

Compared to the original game, Takaya lost access to Mahamaon in favor of Maeigaon. You can bring Koromaru with you so you can have a party member be immune to Mamudoon to revive allies with items as necessary.

Focus on Using Physical Attacks

After Turn 1, Takaya will use Soul Drain to completely drain your SP. Additionally, his Theurgy, Paradise of Quietus, will drain the entire party of their SP. Other than your healer, don't bother replenishing SP for your attackers.
