How to Increase Persona Slots

Reach Level 12 with the Protagonist

Players can increase their persona slots by leveling up the protagonist to Level 12. This will let you have 8 slots in total. You can typically reach this level after you defeat the Priestess Boss.

How to Level Up Fast

Reach Level 20 to Increase Slots to 10

The next level milestone you need to reach to increase your Persona slots is at level 20. This will be easily attainable around the lower to Arqa blocks of Tartarus (floor 22 to 68). We also highly recommend trying to get to 20 as soon as possible to make it easier to bring multiple persona arcana to avoid the need of summoning more persona during your social link activities

Reach Level 30 to Maximize Slots to 12

The last milestone to increasing your persona slot is at level 30. With more Social Links appearing by this time, it's imperative to get to level 30 as soon as you can. The prices of Persona summoning from the compendium will also increase making it difficult to juggle around multiple social links at once.

There can be a max of 12 Persona Slots once you reach level 30. After this point, you will no longer unlock any more slots and you will have to manage your current Personas as you progress through the game.
