Head to Floor 143 Located at the Tziah Block in Tartarus

Request 65 Bring me an Ote-gine and How to Complete Ote-gine
The Ote-gine can be acquired from a Special Treasure Chest located at Floor 143 of Tziah Block in Tartarus. Once you've acquired the item, report back to Elizabeth so that you could present her with Ote-gine.

Get 3x Twilight Fragments Before Opening the Chest

The Special Treasure Chest containing the Ote-gine Item will require 3x Twilight Fragments in order to be unlocked. It would be best to have the Twilight Fragments at hand when trying to open the chest.
