Strength and Fortune Recommended Personas

Persona Best Skills Explanation
Mishaguji Ziodyne
Masukukaja
Mishaguji may be a great choice for this fight since it can learn Ziodyne pretty quickly in order to deal damage to both bosses. It can also inherit skills like Masukukaja to increase your party's evasion.
Titania Bufudyne
Titania is a powerful magic user who can use Bufudyne early on and can inherit skills like Freeze Boost and Marakukaja, which can be very helpful in the fight.
Seiryu Bufudyne
Mediarama
Seiryu can learn Bufudyne, which should be used to deal maximum damage to Strength and bring it down quickly. Seiryu can also learn Mediarama to assist Yukari in healing.

How to Beat Strength and Fortune

The following tips can help you beat Strength in battle.

  1. Buff Party and Debuff Enemies
  2. Cast Strong Magic Skills on Strength
  3. Use Theurgy Skills on Strength
  4. Keep HP Above 300
  5. Protect Against Fortune's Wind Attacks
  6. Defeat Fortune with Strike and Electric

Buff Party and Debuff Enemies

Debuff Strength
Focus on taking down Strength first. Lower its stats with Rakunda and Tarunda to make dealing damage to it a lot easier. Likewise, cast buffs on yourself like Matarukaja and Marakukaja to increase your defense and damage dealt to make the fight go by quicker.

Cast Strong Magic Skills on Strength

Persona 3 Reload - Use Strong Magic Attacks
Physical attacks don't work well on Strength, so stick to magic skills. We suggest fusing Personas that are able to cast heavy-damage magic like Agidyne, Bufudyne, Garudyne or Ziodyne.

Use Theurgy Skills on Strength

Use Theurgy Attacks
Theurgy skills will help quicken the fight versus Strength. Fuuka's Theurgy can help buff your party, while Yukari and Akihiko's Theurgies will do tons of damage to Strength.
Theurgy Skills Guide

Keep HP Above 300

Persona 3 Reload - Keep HP Above 300
The Fortune can spin a Wheel of Fortune, which provides random effects throughout the fight. It may roll a powerful attack that deals 300 damage to your whole party. Try to keep your party's HP above 300 with Mediarama so you can survive this attack.

So long as you keep the bosses debuffed, you needn't fear the other effects of the Wheel of Fortune.

Protect Against Fortune's Wind Attacks

Protect Against Wind Damage
Fortune casts the wind skill Magarudyne, which is Junpei's weakness, so do not bring him into this battle. Yukari will fare well, since she resists wind. Equipping accessories like the Gale Earrings or Gale Brooch will help mitigate damage.

Defeat Fortune with Strike and Electric

Fortune is weak to Strike and Electricity
Fortune should be very easy to take down once you've beaten Strength. Akihiko can easily hit all weaknesses of Fortune with his Strike and Electricity skills. Hit the boss with Gigantic Fist for massive damage and to trigger All-Out Attacks.
