The Visceral Mayas will prioritize buffing the Immortal Gigas, so you'll want to make sure to dispel them using Dekaja every turn. This way, you're keeping the Attack and Defense of the Gigas at neutral, and the Mayas will always waste their turn recasting buffs.

Use Koromaru for AoE Fire Skills

You'll want to bring Koromaru with you for this fight since he has access to Fire Amp boosted Maragidynes. Use this every turn so that you're constantly knocking down the Visceral Mayas for free turns and fast Theurgy gauge build-up.

Freeze the Gigas to Land Critical Hits

Since the Immortal Gigas has no exploitable weakness, you'll need to land Critical Hits to knock it down. Bring Mitsuru with you since her Skills and Characteristics are tailored to Freezing enemies for near-guaranteed Critical Hits.
