Accept Request 43 From Elizabeth

The first step to proceed this request is to accept the request from Elizabeth first. If you don't accept the request from Elizabeth, the option to obtain a Poinsettia from Fuuka will not trigger.

Talk to Fuuka at the Dorm during Evening

Persona 3 Reload - List of Elizabeth

Once you've accepted the request from Elizabeth, head to the Dorm and interact with Fuuka to acquire 1x Poinsettia item. Fortunately for you, Fuuka has a Poinsettia in her room. After getting the item, talk with Elizabeth to present her the Poinsettia.
