Once you've started a school day, be sure to head to the School Store when you get the chance and purchase a Lukewarm Taiyaki for 200 Yen.

Chill the Taiyaki in the Refrigerator

From there, head back to the dorm and chill the Lukewarm Taiyaki in the fridge. The Lukewarm Taiyaki eventually becomes the Chilled Taiyaki, which you can now give to Elizabeth so that you could complete Request 38.
