How to Get Potent Medicine

Head to the Nurse's Office

You will need to explore Tartarus to begin this request. After you've explored Tartarus, head to the Nurse's Office in Gekkoukan High on the next day and proceed inside. You will receive 1x Potent Medicine from the nurse during your interaction.

Give Elizabeth the Potent Medicine

Once you've acquired 1x Potent Medicine, report the item back to Elizabeth so that you could complete Request 20.
