| 2 | ![]() Walk across the platform to Client Intake, and speak to Specialist Hoogerhyde in the booth. Hoogerhyde will take a moment to check your background, then she'll offer to place an Auntie's Choice holo-advertorial inside the Incognito for free. Should you accept, you'll get +3 Auntie's Choice rep and a new display piece on the ship. If you have Intimidator or Negotiator perk, you can pass a skill check and Hoogerhyde will add 850 Bits as a bonus. |
| 3 | ![]() Now that you're granted access to the Undisputed Claim, enter the large doors and head on to the Profit Mover Tramicular. Ride the Tramicular towards the Value-Added Esplanade. |
| 4 | ![]() From the Value-Added Esplanade, walk straight and follow the path to the Head Office Tower. Enter the door and continue up the stairs to the office. Speak to Head Intake Office Specialist Toliver at the counter. You can also speak to Vice President Gertie Hewett by the entrance to progress the quest An Equitable Arrangement. |

| 6 | ![]() The Vice Presidents task you to travel to the Fine Product Revitalization Center in Praetor to break a worker's strike and get the employees back on track. Leave the Undisputed Claim and go to Praetor. |
| Step-by-step Walkthrough | |
|---|---|
| 1 | ![]() The Fine Product Revitalization Center is located south of the Landing Pad or east of Auntie's Border Camp in Praetor. |
| 2 | ![]() When you arrive, head to the protest in front of the office and speak to Carol Sterling. Sterling tells you that you'll need to find another way inside the factory if you want to talk to the overseer, as the front door is barred shut. To do this, climb up to the ramp on the left leading to the landing pad. |
| 3 | Head straight pass the cargo boxes and look left to find a vent that leads you to the inside of the factory. Once inside, you can unbar the entrance. |
| 4 | ![]() Next, climb up the stairs. From here, there will be two doors that you can enter. But first, go to the room at the far end of this walkway. Inside this room there is a terminal by the window, and a Stabilizing Matrix helmet mod on the table. |
| 5 | ![]() Access Overseer Grigg's terminal. Read through the messages and Overseer's Logs to get Blackmail Material on Overseer Griggs. This item can be used later when negotiating with the Overseer. Once done, leave the room and enter the door near the stairs. Speak to Overseer Griggs. |
| 6 | ![]() Griggs debriefs you on the worker's strike and asks you to speak with their leader, William Dunbar. He can be found on the landing pad nearby. Note: To open the safe in Griggs' room, you can pickpocket her key, or kill her. Killing her is an option to progress the quest. |
| 7 | Exit the building and head up to the ramp leading to the landing pad. Turn left and into the gated entrance. You'll find William Dunbar behind a table next to what seems to be a Spacer's Choice trooper, Leo Grey. Speak to Dunbar. |

William Dunbar thinks that the workers are being undervalued, unsupported, and mistreated in the factory. He presents three demands to get them back to work, namely;
Now that you've learned of their demands, report back to Overseer Griggs in her office to start a negotiation.

Before speaking to Griggs, it's recommended to make a new save as the negotiation starts immediately. Speak to Griggs and relay the demands the workers have presented, to which she'd all protest to.
You can negotiate these demands by choosing dialogue options that favor the workers through compromise, favor Griggs and Auntie's Choice, or passing skill checks to give the workers the best outcome.
Additionally, you can also kill Overseer Griggs or kill Dunbar to get the workers to return to their duties. Killing the workers is not an option as Griggs finds the idea a hassle.
| Option 1 | Option 2 | Option 3 |
|---|---|---|
| Negotiate the Demands | Kill Overseer Griggs | Kill William Dunbar |
Now that the demands have been presented to Griggs, you have three options to break the strike; negotiate the demands set by Dunbar, kill Overseer Griggs, or kill William Dunbar.
| Demands | Choices |
|---|---|
| Reduce Workers' Shift to Twelve Hours a Day | Compromise:
・Select dialogue: "That's fair, but you need to give them something. How about a paid lunch break?" Best Outcome: |
| Make Adrena-Time Free | Compromise:
・Select dialogue: "You have to give them something! Paying retail for something they need to work is heinous." Best Outcome: ・Use Blackmail Material on Overseer Griggs. This can be found in a terminal in the second floor room of the factory. |
| All-Day Access to the Bathroom | Compromise:
・Select dialogue: "I can't imagine they'd waste that much time. It's a small sacrifice for increasing morale." Best Outcome: Pass any of the following skill checks:
・ ・ ・ ・ |
The workers' demands can be negotiated in two ways; either choosing dialogue that presents a compromise between the workers and the Overseer, or passing speech checks that favor the workers.
Choosing the compromise will satisfy Dunbar enough to get the workers to return to the factory, but giving them the best outcomes will make Dunbar and the workers happier.
If you fail to negotiate any of these terms, Dunbar insists on negotiating with the Overseer again or ask for a compromise, or else the workers will not return to work. You can also suggest killing Griggs, or you can choose to kill Dunbar yourself.
You can kill Overseer Griggs in her office to make the workers return to the factory. The guards below will be alerted depending on how fast you kill her.
Once Overseer Griggs is dead, loot Griggs' Safe Key to open the safe in the corner of the room that contains 593 Bits. Return to William Dunbar and tell him the Overseer is dead. This will make the workers resume their work. Report back to the Vice Presidents in the Undisputed Claim to finish the quest.
There are no consequences to killing Overseer Griggs, as the VPs still accept your decision as reasonable once you report in.
Attempting to shoot or kill Dunbar is also a viable option, but this will make all the Spacer's Choice troopers within the vicinity hostile. Once the area is cleared of enemies, report back to Overseer Griggs.

Once the workers are back to working, or if William Dunbar is killed, Overseer Griggs will be happy to see the workers back at the factory. She has reported your success with an extra sprinkling of mild praise directly with Auntie. Return to the VPs in the Undisputed Claim to finish the quest.

Head back to the VPs lounge in the Head Office Tower of the Undisputed Claim. Report on your success to the VPs to finish this quest.
Your next task to gain Auntie's Choice's favor is part of the quest, Mysteries of the Mental Modulators.

・This choice doesn't have major consequences to the quest. |
Negotiating with Overseer Griggs successfully, either through skill checks or compromise, will encourage William Dunbar to get the workers back to the factory.
Failing to negotiate the terms, or opposing to granting the demands, won't convince Dunbar and the workers to resume their duties. At this point, you can suggest to Dunbar to kill the Overseer or try to negotiate with her again.
