All of these events turned on the decisive actions of the Earth Directorate agent and their unique way of navigating Arcadia, its disparate factions, social complexities, ubiquitous product placement, and arsenal of absurdly satisfying weaponry.
Present in all endings and is mainly the end-message for your character.

Willing Sacrifice Endings

Ending Unlock Condition

The Consul Sacrifices Himself
And so, in the end, when the Consul was faced with the undeniable errors in his logic, he chose to save Arcadia by closing the rift himself. He died hoping his sacrifice might make up for the disastrous decisions he has made.
Convince the Consul to sacrifice himself during Sins of the Past on the Precipice of the Future.

Self Sacrifice
And so, in the end, the Commander sacrificed themselves to save the galaxy. No one knew their motives or thoughts in those final moments, though legends grew around this mythical agent of the "Earth Directorate" all the same.

Eveyone Dies
And so, in the end, the Commander chose not to choose. Thus, the rift destroyed the colony, killing everyone in Arcadia. Followed shortly by everyone everywhere as rift destabilizations rippled across the galaxy. In conclusion, the end..

VP-at-Large
In recognition of saving the galaxy with their noble sacrifice, the Earth Directorate Commander was given a posthumous position as "VP-at-large,” complete with a modest office vestibule that sits forever vacant, except when needed by temporary personnel.

Future Endings

Ending Unlock Condition

Arcadia Prospers
The rifts across Arcadia and beyond were soon closed. Trade quickly resumed, with Auntie's Choice handling logistics. Yet more than just goods and resources traveled the reestablished trade routes: The Order's version of Scientism spread, as well.

Many colonies stabilized, many thrived, and some even rose to an Arcadian level of prosperity, but there are still some that have never been heard from.
During negotiations between Auntie's Choice and The Order, sharing of the resources should be equal.
Triple the Net Worth
The rift compromise between the Order and Auntie's Choice led to prioritized assistance for the colonies that agreed to favorable trading terms. The so-called "Auntie's Loyalty Program" tripled the corporation's net worth.

Meanwhile, the Order was able to sermonize their version of Scientism alongside Auntie's marketing and PR onslaught - at least to colonies in Auntie's Loyalty Program. Many outside died because their rifts weren't closed in time.
During negotiations between Auntie's Choice and The Order, have Auntie's Choice get the majority of the resources.
Cutthroat Capitalism
Auntie's Choice treated closing the rifts like any other strategic initiative, demanding quid pro quo for each rift closure. Such cutthroat capitalism took its toll, and many colonies ended up dying off.

Within weeks of concluding the Arcadian mission, VAL broke down beyond repair, her compression coils corroded from exposure to the rifts, her fusion core decayed by the heat of extreme use.

Niles grieved for his automech companion, whom he secretly believed was still looking out for him. Perhaps he was right. A year after the Arcadian mission, Niles resolved a life-support malfunction aboard the Incognito by using VAL's old parts - a task he accomplished tearfully.

As he rose through the Earth Directorate ranks, Niles pressed for a field directive to deploy the new VAL units only when the situation posed significant risk. The policy reduced agent casualties by a significant margin. (Oddly enough, in-office deaths increased by a not-insignificant margin.)

Missing in Action
Niles remained torn about the Earth Directorate and his place in it. His victory at the reconstituted Horizon Point turned to ash in his mouth when he learned that his friend Azebulon Tran was captured while attempting a hest on the Tomb of the Matriarch.

Niles slipped away from the Incognito one evening to attempt to free Zebulon from Mental Refreshment and make amends for the past. He was never seen or heard from again.

Ending Unlock Condition

VP of Auntie's Choice
Thanks to her effective performance at the Praetor blockade, Inez eventually became a VP of Auntie's Choice and head of the revamped grafting program. Through her egalitarian management style, grafting evolved into the corporation's first health benefit, available to all employees who wanted it.

Grafting Shutdown
Following Inez's humiliation of Auntie's Choice VP Willard Konnen, the grafting program was shuttered forever. Inez ensured that all surviving grafted soldiers received full medical treatment and were compensated for their suffering. Those who died from the experiments were honored.

Reform's Constant Struggle
Inez's convincing appeals to the press earned her clout in reforming Auntie's Choice's cruel grafting program. Yet it was a constant struggle, rife with red tape and pushback from program executives. This was Inez's new battle - one she would fight for the rest of her life.

A Strong Reference

Grafted Hero

Listless and Disillusioned
After leaving the Commander's crew, Inez became wracked with guilt for never following up on the plan from her friend Oritz. She tracked down the grafting lab too late.

Everyone there was long dead. Disillusioned, Inez quit Auntie's Choice and became listless, unsure what to do with her life.

Killed by the Commander
The Commander killed Inez, and thus no one ever learned her woefully fascinating tale of corporate abuse or agonizing journey through the bodily horrors of Auntie's secret grafting program.

Because of her Commander's refusal to help with her graft, Inez's health rapidly declined, even as she tried to make a name for herself on her own. She died of sepsis during her solo travels in Arcadia.

Ending Unlock Condition

Attempted Reform of the Protectorate
Utilizing what he learned alongside the Commander, Tristan attempted to reform Protectorate society from within. But with no authority figure to lead its subjects, the Protectorate was a shell of its former self.

A New Dictator
With Virgil dead, no one could oppose Tristan for the rank of Supreme Arbiter. Tristan used his new role to punish even the smallest infractions harshly. He eventually became a widely feared figure within his own society.

A Beacon for the Protectorate

Embracing Her Scientific Side
Freed from her rift obsession thanks to the intervention of her Commander, Aza trapped her long-supressed scientific aptitude and joined the Order as an archivist. Her homicidal intensity served her well during peer review.

With unfettered access to skip drives and its reputation untarnished by its still-secret agreement with the Protectorate, the Earth Directorate became what it was always meant to be: the ultimate authority in Arcadia. The colony served as a base to expand the agency's reach across the galaxy.

Meanwhile, the Earth Directorate controlled Arcadia with little trouble for a time, successfully rebranding it as a society free of corporate or government overreach. Yet as the years passed, the Arcadians saw fewer and fewer differences between the Earth Directorate and their previous overlords.

Executed Until Dead
Vigilant Hogarth was declared a traitor to the Protectorate along with most other Westport townsfolk. They were judged according to the Paradigm then sentenced to be "executed until dead," forever tied to the city they could not protect.
Do not allow the Westport citizens to defect.
Helping the Order
Vigilant Hogarth, now acclimated to Fairfield, leaned on the Protectorate ideals of neighborliness - while overlooking all the authoritarian tactics - so he might help the Order to succeed with the Equation.

Death of a Star Agent
Having died at the Peace Talks, Augustine de Vries' treachery was never known to the Earth Directorate. She is forever remembered as the star agent who tragically went missing during her mission.

And so, in the end, Augustine de Vries chose to die to atone for her actions. And yet even that hope faded in her final moments as she realized nothing would make up for what she had done. But at least she'd not have to live with her guilt any longer.

The Abbot was made VP of Facilities Sanitation, a position he embraced with surprising gusto and by all rights appears happier than ever.

Ruth Basar proceeded to interface with the Archive, an agonizing process that clawed away her lifespan. The Archive computed that she was mistaken to compromise with the corporatists. To advance the Plan, she needed to destroy them from within. So she proceeded to do just that.

She had only been using the corporation for its logistical infrastructure. Auntie herself and at least some of her top exectuvites needed to cease existing in Arcadia, either via assassination or skip-drive-assisted exile.

Basar stripped the power from the corporatists in subtle ways until it was too late for them to stop her. yet it remained unclear how long the Order could sustain its dominance once Ruth Basar passed on to become one with the Equation.
